We collaborate with renowned private equity and infrastructure funds but do not manage funds ourselves. Instead, we complement qualified majority investments by financial investors to pursue strategies focused on maximizing value. Together with management, we help design and support initiatives such as a strategic buy-and-build process or a defined path for consolidation. We only invest when we are truly confident of a strong fit. In addition to taking on active roles through advisory board positions, we also leverage our network to fill management positions when needed.
